Welcome to Forecast, a Slack application ("App") designed to help teams predict and manage upcoming tasks and events. By using Forecast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our App. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
By installing or using the Forecast App, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future updates or modifications. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to periodically review the Terms for changes. Your continued use of the App after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your internal business purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Forecast App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
To use the Forecast App, you may be required to create an account using your Slack credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the Forecast App. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Forecast App are owned by us or our licensors. Your use of the App does not grant you any rights in or to our intellectual property, except for the limited license granted in Section 2 of these Terms.
We may terminate your access to and use of the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your use of the App by uninstalling it from your Slack workspace. Upon termination, all licenses granted in these Terms will immediately terminate.
The Forecast App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or other damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Forecast App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States
